Exhibitor Benefits
- A two day tradeshow limited to only 25 exhibitors in main ballroom guarantees that each booth will get maximum traffic.
Each booth may have up to two company representatives, who will be given complimentary passes to all sessions.
- The agenda has been created to allow ample time for exhibit viewing (please see below exhibitor times).
- In addition to regular tradeshow viewing times, booth placement will be directly in the grand ballroom, thus ensuring exposure throughout all keynote presentations, meals and breaks.
- As attendance has been limited to 200-250 delegates, exhibitors will be sure to get one-on-one attention from an intimate group.
- Sponsorship opportunities are available.
- Exhibitor company names, all submitted information (see below “Exhibitor Guidelines/Criteria”) and a link to their homepage will be listed on the EcoCare 2010 website.

Upon registering as an exhibitor, each company will be asked to provide the following information:
- Do you have an environmental policy? If YES, what is it?
- Is your company free of convictions and/or orders regarding environmental legislation/regulations?
- What is your company doing to "green" its own operations/facilities/buildings?
- As an exhibitor, you must offer a viable green alternative to the healthcare sector ex. a green line of products and/or a solution to specific environmental issues within healthcare. Please give us a review of the products and/or services that fit this description.
- Can you provide an example of your company's success in healthcare, either actual implementation or pilot project?
NOTE: Exhibitors who participated in EcoCare 2008/2009 may use their previous registration submissions. Please make note of this on your EcoCare 2010 Registration forms.
